Machine Assembly

Machine assembly manufactured in an imposing structure. Equipped with forming rollers made of SAE 1045 steel with 100% hard chrome coating, ensuring longer service life, less wear on the rollers and excellent finish on the formed parts. Transmission via ASA80 chains.

Cutting System

Automatic cutting system by hydraulic guillotine, automatically activated by the machine control. Includes a set of knives made of VC131 steel with treatment.
